Rorschach Roulette Soaring and sorrowful….Grey Horizons cuts me down at the knees.

Damn this album is beautiful. Favorite track: Grey Horizons.

nathanpb This is the purest and most chilling sound I have ever heard. The atmosphere is just perfect, I can't even describe how I love this album.

It reminds me of things I have never lived, as if my grandma was telling me stories about her childhood, while a six year old me rest in the calming warm of a fire pit Favorite track: Grey Horizons.

Plenty O’Toole I didn't realize this artist worshiped burzum when i bought this, or I probably wouldn't have given them any of my money.

x0riente Blackgaze with a nice approach to layering, reminiscent of French and - to a lesser degree - Australian projects. This seems a bit colder however, avoiding supernatural and urban leanings alike: AN sounds like nature in hibernation, a frozen stream, a forest draped in veils of snow, just before spring awakening (while we're at Goethe). I rly like the presence of those vox and the production - traditional, with DIY tendencies that contrast musical motifs while making them whole. Winter stuff.

about

Summary of Eternal Joy on the Mountain of Loneliness (4.)

EN: Nietzsche's Zarathustra created the mountain beneath him where he could only teach himself. He went down among the people in this infinite joy. But still he returned and plunged into the Gogolian depths of desperation. He left his work to the world, just as Gogol let the dead souls be lost among the flames. Joy and loneliness were both present on the mountain, where Zarathustra finally found nothing but himself.

-------------------------------------

Summary of Epilogue (7.)

EN: The Epilogue is the tragedy of Werther’s last day, the end of his suffering for the unattainable Lotte, through it reminiscing nostalgically on the time spent together. This marks the end of the album, which covers and fills with meaning it all: Esse est percipi - To be is to be perceived.

-------------------------------------
